All the animals here came from severe abuse/neglect cases. Some have terminal illness (leukemia). I've done everything I can to keep them alive after we pulled them from the euthanasia list. I've spent money, I didn't have to spend, having them vetted and just their general upkeep. I made sure they all had a safe and comfortable place they could live until their time comes naturally, instead of being euthanized because they are considered "unadoptable". I am now facing massive amounts of foundation repairs at this building and some other repairs. I broke my back in a flash flood in 2021, the day after my mother passed from cancer. I have been unable to work and have no income. I've gone through everything I had to keep this sanctuary and the animals in it alive and running. Without help, I will have to shut it down. I don't know what else to do at this point. I've never asked for help before and I could be going about this the wrong way. I just don't want to fail these animals after almost every other human they came into contact with before arriving here did. I'm at a complete loss for ideas at this point. I don't have anyone to ask for help, so I'm asking y'all. I'm asking random strangers that have never met me to help me keep these dogs and cats alive.
