I have the Epstein Barr Virus. It affects your energy which has rendered me useless. I don’t sleep well which makes it worse. I am unable to hold down a job because I can’t even get there on time. I want to feel better

I had Mono at some point which comes from a strain of the Epstein Barr Virus. As Chicken Pox becomes Shingles this just attacks many different systems in your body. It seems to have focused its attack on my endocrine system. I have always been athletic & full of energy. This virus has taken every drop of energy I have. I don’t sleep well either which doesn’t help. I would like to have my energy & life back.
