I've experienced a lot of trauma but please don't invite me to a pity party, suffering is in perception I believe. I went out of a windshield 50 ft and suffered a TBI and I was paralyzed. I'm still recovering and it's been almost 10 years. I can walk(for some distance) and Im my memory is still coming to me as I experience things.
