This should also be told, and that is that all of the evidence of John innocence was in front of his attorney at trial, and he did not use any of it. Maybe because that $15,000 paid to the attorney by someone with a vested interest in seeing John convicted, paid those funds to John's attorney so he would ignore the evidence. Whenever a millionaire has a vested interest in putting someone in prison to keep his wife out, of prison, well I think we all know what happens, as it happened in John's case. Notwithstanding, the is overwhelming additional evidence of his innocence. Thanks for listening. As always, in kindest personal regards, I remain, SteveG

More Info

John Zaffino has been incarcerated for a long time, and he is innocent, and we can prove it.  It was noted that Mr. Zack was killed at 12:07 pm, and it was proved that John was in Massillon, Ohio, 45 minute drive away, considering that he was on his cell phone for 20 some minutes between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, and the day of the homicide of Mr. Zack.  Under the allegations of the state, Mr. Zaffino could not have been guilty.  In addition, Mr. Zack, who had been proven unfaithful to his wife, having a child with another woman, (the millionaire Cindy George).  Mrs. Zack failed two polygraphs test by police, and gave answers that made her a likely suspect, according to initial police reports.  Moreover, we are not talking about technical errors that happen in the life conviction of Zaffino, we are talking about evidence misrepresented by the Summit Prosecutors Office, in Ohio, and furthermore, Zaffino's attorney was given $15,000.00 by the millionaire's husband to pay for Zaffino's representation, so who do you believe his client was.  Moreover, the alleged killer had driven a motorcycle to kill Zack at BJ's Warehouse in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, completely drive with black leather riding gear, including helmet, and face shield.  Thus, there was no identification by anyone of the person that killed Mr. Zack., and the prosecutor argued that because Zaffino had a motorcycle, bought by Mrs. George, that Zaffino, alleged to be the current boyfriend of Mrs. George, killed Zack.  The fact that there was no evidence of this, and in fact, evidence to the contrary, did not seem to bother the Summit County Prosecutor, who has throughout its history, been corrupt, and prosecutes citizens with regard to facts or evidence of guilt.  They will just create it themselves.  I have the been ready, with all the evidence, (that proves Zaffino Innocent) prepared, and ready to go.  We need counsel to walk it in and argue it.  That will either cost funds, or alternatively, if an attorney would agree to this without pay.  Please help John Zaffino, as the lack of funding will keep him in prison, and who is totally innocent.  I beg you all for some help.  I am willing to send anyone the brief, if you write to me at sgumpl@yahoo.com, and it will be there that day.  When you read it it will shock you that he is in prison.  Again, and finally, please help fund John so that he is not in prison for ever, being an innocent person.  Thanks for your consideration.  God Bless.
