This Urban Park has been a dream for 5 years and it's finally coming to reality.  Our vision for this has grown to something we feel will be incredible for our downtown and community.  Our hope is to help attract businesses and families to pick Greenville as their home.  We've made huge strides towards this dream and hope for this crowdfunding to push us to completion.

What is YOLO?  Who is the YOLO Organization? What does the YOLO Organization do?  What is the YOLO Organization about?

What is YOLO? You Only Live Once..... yes, that's what it means but what does it really mean to us.....

We see life as a gift…  We see life as an opportunity……..We see life as a chance to make a difference……..

The meaning of YOLO is much more to us than “You Only Live Once.”  It’s striving to continuously improve the community while also bringing together high energy people to promote healthy lifestyles and embrace living life to the fullest.

Who is the YOLO Organization?  YOLO of Darke County, Inc. is a non-profit organization which brings people together to create a community that everyone is proud to be a part of.  The organization also hosts two race events during the year in which proceeds go into a fund to continuously give back.  To date, the organization, along with the Greyson James Steyer Memorial fund, has added a speaker system to downtown Greenville for residents to enjoy music year-round.  Currently, construction is underway to bring an urban park to downtown Greenville and soon plans will be in motion to add an outdoor Amphitheater to Heritage Park in Versailles.

What does the YOLO Organization do?  As a group we’ve created the YOLO Festival of Races which is a Half Marathon, 15K, 5K and Kids Fun Run held in Greenville, Ohio.  This event promotes healthy living by encouraging one another to be physically fit and conquer a distance of their choice.  We also manage the Poultry Days 5K in Versailles, Ohio.

What is the YOLO Organization about?  In a nutshell, it's about living life to the fullest.  We are only given one life and we want to live one without regrets.  We are passionate about creating a community that embraces kindness, courage and strives to make a difference.   We see what great things are happening in the community and we want to help with the movement for a brighter future for our kids and grandkids.  Live a life of purpose & passion.  Don't just talk the talk, walk.
