Congratulations to the the winners of our drawing, Mr. and Mrs. Stout. Thanks to all who have made this campaign a success. Online donations are still being accepted until the November 2 deadline to submit artwork for the Winter Concert Brochure.

WPM Chorus/Musical Theater students, under the leadership of the Chorus/Musical Theater Booster Club, are working together to raise funds for our Fall Fundraising Drive. 

In order to maintain the quality and depth of our programming that serves an average of 300 students annually, our primary goal is to raise $3,500 during the Fall Fundraising Drive; our secondary goal is $5,000. Reaching this goal would allow us to operate at the same level as last year. Our Ideal goal is to raise $7,500. Reaching this goal would allow us to create a professionally produced Winter Concert CD. A keepsake for a lifetime! The Drive runs from October 8-28, 2018.  I am asking YOUR support in helping us reach this goal by making a financial contribution.  The students and I would also be grateful if you would share the attached details of this Fundraising Drive with your extended family, friends and business partners via social media. 

Activities in our programming include the NC Middle School Honors Choir, the production of our Spring Musical The Sound of Music, Winter and Spring Choral Concerts, Dessert Theater, Festival Choir and Sinfonia Voce's Spring Festival Trip to Carowinds Festival of Music...and more. 

ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS

As an incentive to participating in our Fall Fundraising Drive, our Booster Club will build two separate sponsorship brochures at different points throughout the year. We will print one brochure for our winter concert and a second brochure for our spring musical. By providing two brochures we will have the flexibility to celebrate sponsorships/business ads and dedications for the many families and businesses who make financial contributions. 

BE INCLUDED IN OUR DRAWING

Each family and/or business partner who contributes during our Fall Fundraising Drive will have their name(s) added to a drawing.  

Prize: 4 Tickets to the WPM Spring Musical, The Sound of Music and a Sunrise Theater Gift Certificate for 2 Adults.

The drawing will be held on October 29 at the conclusion of the school day.

THE PROCESS

Step 1: Choose a preferred contribution level

Step 2: Make an online donation on this page, or send a donation to West Pine Middle School to the attention of Torin Wright.  144 Archie Road, West End, NC 27376. Checks should be written to: WPM Middle School Chorus Booster Club. 

Step 3: Email artwork for business ads and/or student dedications and title the email SPONSORSHIP BROCHURE ARTWORK. It is preferred that both ads and student dedications be completed in full prior to submission. This will ensure your ad/dedication will be printed as you intend.  email to twright@ncmcs.org. 

Whether making an online donation or sending to school, the students  of the WPM Chorus/Musical Theater programs would be grateful if you would support this cause and share the details of this this Fundraising Drive with your extended family, friends and business partners.

Please continue to spread the word! Only $2,210 needed to meet our ideal goal! We are so close! Our prize drawing will be held at 2:55pm tomorrow, Oct. 29. Act now to be included!
