I started Jays Big Stix after losing my job at a company that I put more time and energy into then my own family or well being. Instead of laying down and wallowing in my own misery, I vowed to give that same amount of time, energy, and dedication into creating my own business, which has always been my dream.

A Little About Me!

I have always had a passion, respect, and appreciation of Mother Nature. I suppose this is the farmer DNA in me! As far back as I can remember, I felt as one with nature and that she would be instrumental in my life. Hence it's only natural (pun not intended) that she is the foundation of my business!

What is Jays Big Stix?

My flagship products are my handmade walking sticks, which I offer a variety of wood types, styles, colors, and sizes. Every stick I sell has been harvested by hand, whittled and carved by hand, sanded by hand, and stained by hand! Some of my more intricate sticks have over 8 hours work in them!

I also have firewood and fatwood lighter. In addition I offer natural art such as root sculptures, pine/lighter knots, and other unique items that Mother Nature provides.

Bulk orders of blank Sticks, firewood, and lighter are welcome!

Custom orders are also welcome for those wanting a stick crafted to their specs!

About Your Donation.

Your gracious donation will go towards operating capital and to expand operations. My trends are all positive, I now need to sink some cash into some high quality tools to speed production up and to run some extensive ad campaigns. If I hit my goal, my 2 most needed purchases will go towards a old truck to haul harvested materials and to transport product when I begin running a booth at my local flea market. Also, I plan to build a website from the ground up and purchase a action camera so I can start a YouTube channel showing my process!
