Meals on Wheels has a rapidly growing base of vulnerable, home-bound Senior Citizens who must be fed with the highest protocols of safety. To do so, they will need dozens of new volunteers and more help than ever.
Due to daily growing needs from home-bound Seniors in our community, Meals on Wheels needs DOZENS of new volunteer drivers.
Our goal is to SAFELY and efficiently feed our most vulnerable population!
Along with others in our community, many of our suddenly out-of-work local restaurant owners and employees are rising up to meet this need as well but they need our help too - in the form of FUEL!
Your generous donation of as little as $5 covers the cost of one meal for a homebound Senior Citizen of Spokane County, or the fuel cost of one delivery route.
Corporate/Business donations of $100 or more will receive recognition on the Waffles4Wheels website with additional considerations and opportunities with future Waffles4Wheels events.
All donations are collected via registered Washington state non-profit One World Mind (OWM), with campaign proceeds distributed equally between Greater Spokane County Meals on Wheels and Meals on Wheels Spokane. Donations will be made in the form of cash and fuel cards.
OWM Tax ID provided upon receipt of donation.
