More Info

Village Builders is a non-profit organization established in 2017 founded on the premise It takes a Village to Raise a Child and we are that Village

As a result of our solicitations we have distributed hygiene products, clothes, shoes, blankets, as well as school supplies and uniforms to over 500 homeless children.  In conjunction with our expanding network we have also successfully referred over 25 families to shelters and other housing services.

Since the beginning Village Builders has depended solely on family and close friends to fund the mission. Despite these successes we have determined that this methodology is not sustainable long term and hinders our ability to truly serve our target audience.

We are currently seeking your support to complete our IRS 501 (c)(3) Tax Exemption designation and other filings. This designation will provide Village Builders with the public legitimacy of IRS recognition which in turn permits us to significantly expand our donor pool and provide our generous supporters with a well-deserved tax write off. As well as collect donation for our next distribution.
