Hi all my son was just honorably discharged from THE US ARMY . I hired a transport company thru a broker to bring my sons car from Washington to Philadelphia. On the way the driver crashed and as you can see from the pictures sadly his vehicle is totalled. I spoke with insurance company the companies insurance stated they will not pay for a rental nor pay for his vehicle because on contract I signed it was for a Hyundai Sonata and not a Hyundai Sante Fe so they are not liable. This has cause my son to resent me and a rift between him and I. Now I feel guilty and I feel like he hates me but I wasnt letting my only son drive 5,000 miles alone. But we are in need of money to get him a vehicle because now he is a reservist and drill starts soon and he has no vehicle to travel back and forth. Please assist a family in dire need
