Valorie's Legal Campaign

We have reached our goal of $1200 with donations here and from some outside donations! Thank you to all of the supporters! Valorie is truly grateful! We will be hiring her lawyer on Monday October 2nd.

So after speaking with Valorie and her lawyer here is the latest update:

Valorie is super excited and extremely grateful to everyone helping her. Also she has high hopes for her case with having a real lawyer vs a court appointed lawyer. She sends her love to everyone and is excited to do some artwork for those supporting her.

Update from the lawyer: we still have until Oct 4th to pay IN FULL the amount of $1200 to hire this lawyer. However, the lawyer says he will be able to toss out her fugitive status due to the fact is was given out after she was already incarcerated which is also why she has a warrant out for her arrest (makes no sense). He will also be able to have a high chance of getting her time required to serve for the suspended license charge to run with her current time being served, which means she will not have to serve more time after her release in January.
