Who we are

UpStart is a social venture and innovation consulting firm.  We partner with entrepreneurs, startups and established organizations to redesign the experience and expression of modern Jewish life.

Our Vision

• We see a Jewish landscape that ignites the creativity and industry of Jews across North America to bring inspiring, relevant and meaningful Jewish experiences to every Jew interested in participating in Jewish life.
• We see the American Jewish community using its resources to tackle thorny social problems, overcome spiritual barriers and build compassionate communities. 
• Philanthropic resources, earned revenues and talented leadership will flow to support Jewish life.
• We will have reminded ourselves that innovation IS Jewish tradition and the time is now for having a “research and development” portfolio within and across all Jewish organizations.
