Meet the family from Ukraine, from the city of Mykolaiv. Mother Julia, and three beautiful daughters, Natalia, Alina and Anna. Unfortunately, in April 2022 their father died in the war… They appeared all alone, left on the run in Germany, which is by far not the only challenge this family is facing.

Natalia, who is now 14, was born at the 27th week of pregnancy, weighing just 850 grams. The youngest, 5-year-old Anna, also born prematurely, took a breath of amniotic fluid during the birth and suffered from lack of oxygen. Both are diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Middle daughter, Alina is 11 and a great help to mamma Julia.

Last year, girls underwent neurosurgery surgery on the spine, which should have opened new possibilities for their motoric development. The fundraising for the surgery itself had resonated throughout the whole of Ukraine and lasted for one whole year. Thanks to the support of several people, the necessary amount has been donated and the surgery was carried out in September 2021, successfully for both.

The postoperative wounds healed and there came the time for active rehabilitation.

But in February 2022 the war crossed all their plans. And sudden death of the father Sergej left them without necessary financial support to provide rehabilitation.

Dear supporters, we appeal to your humanity and compassion. We invite you to support this family in need for a better life.
