On Tuesday April 15th, the city of North St. Paul’s City Council approved the construction of a new playground at Casey Lake Park. The city is currently fundraising for community donations to purchase memorial name-plated bricks and/or park benches.

In partnership with the City of North St. Paul, this project’s objective is to raise $1000 to purchase a park bench on behalf of our late friend Trevor Budd. Our purchase will be a way for friends and family to celebrate Trevor's life. As many friends and relatives of Trevor know, Casey Lake Park was Trevor’s backyard. The park was a place from the elementary school days to college winter breaks where Trevor and his friends played baseball, ice hockey, long boarded, capture the flag, Wiffle ball and countless other games. All in all, Casey Lake Park is a place full of beautiful memories that many shared with Trevor. When we heard of a way that we could memorialize Trevor in a place that has so much meaning... we wanted to jump at the opportunity.

If this project raises more than the $1,000 goal, we plan on donating the funds to the North St. Paul Park and Recs. fund under Trevor's name.
