We are a dedicated group of citizens who want the Colorado Judicial Branch to be 100% Transparent and Accountable. TRANSPARENT COURTS is a political committee registered with the Colorado Secretary of State advocating the non-retention of all Colorado Judges in 2016 and future years until such time as the Legislature provides Constitutional amendments and Statutes mandating Transparency and Accountability in the Judicial branch.
This is a non-partisan campaign. The corrupted judges don't care if your Republican, Democrat or Independent, White, Black or Poka Dot; they terrorize litigants in every forum be it probate, child custody, or divorce. We are not criminals. We are part of the 51% [majority] of all civil litigants who now represent themselves. We demand that all Colorado Judges uphold their Constitutional oath toward all parties before them and be held accountable for their shameless actions. Additionally, we demand that Chief Justice Rice and members of the Colorado Supreme Court lead by example and prioritize these efforts.
Your pledge will remain anonymous if you wish. We are not required to report the name(s) or addresses of any donation under $20 to campaign finance of the Colorado Secretary of State.
As a proud and interested citizen of Colorado........ I PLEDGE to vote NO for the retention of any judge in Colorado until such time as the judicial branch becomes completely TRANSPARENT & ACCOUNTABLE. And to recruit at least two more persons to also take the pledge.
We also would like you to consider to not vote for any public official or Legislator that we have determined has impeded our efforts toward obtaining these fundamental rights as monogrammed in gold on the Colorado Supreme Court,
"LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL."
