On 1st February 2021, the Myanmar military unjustly seized the sovereign power of the state by staging the coup d’état in violation of the existing laws. The military has illegally detained the democratically elected government leaders, President U Win Myint, State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, and the government officials, together with the elected parliamentary members and pro-democracy activists.
Thenceforth, people across the country took to the street, protesting peacefully to reject the military coup and the military dictator, which ultimately gave birth to the “Spring Revolution” led by the young generation of Myanmar, known as Gen Z (Generation Z).
To this extent, the People, Civil servants, and Elected Government concurrently joined hands in unity to stand against the military dictatorship, supported by the three pillars, namely:
1. Continuous Protests Nationwide,2. Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM), and3. The Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH)
We all witnessed the incredible strength of the unity in people and we can see the dawn of our victory within reach.
In this spirit, we urge all our fellow citizens of various ethnicities and nationalities to take this significant and great opportunity, join hands to uproot the military dictatorship system from our country for good, and to achieve our common goal, “the Federal Democratic Republic" for the people, of the people and by the people.
Together with the people and to fulfill the will of the people, CRPH has been working restlessly in all possible ways to implement its (4) political visions and other responsibilities, including supporting CDM. ပြည်သူလူထုက တရားဝင်ရွေးကောက်တင်မြှောက်ထားသော နိုင်ငံတော်၏အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်၊ နိုင်ငံတော်သမ္မတ ဦးဝင်းမြင့်၊ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၊ ရွေးကောက်ခံ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံရေးတက်ကြွ လှုပ်ရှားသူများကို ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် စစ်တပ်မှ မတရား ဖမ်းဆီး ထိန်းသိမ်း၍ တရားမဝင်အာဏာသိမ်းယူခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထိုအချိန်မှ စတင်၍ စစ်အာဏာရှင်ဆန့်ကျင်ရေး အကြမ်းမဖက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုကြီးတစ်ခုပေါ်ပေါက်လာခဲ့ပြီး မျိုးဆက်သစ်များက "နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး" ဟု အမည်နာမ သမုတ်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
စစ်အာဏာရှင်ဆန့်ကျင်ရေး "နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး" ကို ပြည်သူလူထု၊ ပြည်သူ့ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ပြည်သူ့အစိုးရတို့ ဟန်ချက်ညီညီအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခဲ့ကြသော
(၁) အာဏာဖီဆန်ရေးဆန္ဒပြပွဲများ
(၂) ရုံးမတက်နဲ့ ရုန်းထွက် CDM လှုပ်ရှားမှုများ
(၃) ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားပြုကော်မတီ၊ တိုင်းနှင့်ပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော် ကိုယ်စားပြု ကော်မတီများနှင့် အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ (CRPH)
စသည့် ဒေါက်တိုင် (၃) ခုက ခိုင်မာအားကောင်းစွာ ထောက်ကန်ထားပြီး စစ်အာဏာရှင်ကို တော်လှန်ရုန်းကန်ခဲ့ကြသဖြင့် ယခုအခါ ပြည်သူ့အောင်ပွဲ၏ ရောင်နီကို အားလုံးမြင်တွေ့နေကြရပြီဖြစ်ပါသည်။
မြန်မာ့မြေပေါ်မှ လက်နက်အားကိုးအနိုင်ကျင့်သည့် စစ်အာဏာရှင်စနစ်အမြစ်ဖြုတ်ဖယ်ရှားပြီး တိုင်းရင်းသားသွေးချင်းတို့၏ ပန်းတိုင်ဖြစ်သော ဖက်ဒရယ်ပြည်ထောင်စုကို တက်လှမ်းနိုင်မည့် အခွင့်အခါကောင်း၌ မိမိတတ်နိုင်သော အင်အားဖြင့် ဆက်လက်၍ တက်ညီလက်ညီ ရုန်းကန်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်ကြရန် တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်လိုက်ရပါသည်။
ထိုကဲ့သို့ ရုန်းကန်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်ရာတွင် CRPH အနေဖြင့်လည်း ပြည်သူနှင့် တသားတည်းရှိပြီး ပြည်သူ၏ ဆန္ဒများအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းများ လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် အလှူငွေများ လိုအပ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် CDM လုပ်ဆောင်နေသောဝန်ထမ်းများအား ကူညီနိုင်ရေး အပါအဝင် CRPH ၏ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအားလုံး အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စွာ လည်ပတ်ပြီး နိုင်ငံရေးရည်မှန်းချက် (၄) ရပ်ကို ဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေရှိသော နည်းလမ်းပေါင်းစုံဖြင့် ထိရောက်စွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရေး အတွက် အလှူငွေများကို ပြည်သူ့ဂုဏ်ရည်အသင်းမှ တဆင့် ဤအလှူခံစာမျက်နှာတွင် ထည့်ဝင်လှူဒါန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ပြည်သူများ အားလုံး၏ အနာဂတ် ရာစုနှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာကို ပြောင်းလဲသွားစေမည့် ဤအလှူတွင် မိတ်ဆွေများ အားလုံးမှ တစ်တပ်တစ်အား ပါဝင်ကူညီနိုင်ကြပါရန် နှိုးဆော်လိုက်ရပါသည်။
