I'm raising money for a cause I care about, but I need your help to reach my goal! Please become a supporter to follow my progress and share with your friends.
On July 8, 2012, Arash Baytamakou broke two cervical vertebrae in a horrific fall, which left him paralyzed from the chest down. His doctors say it is impossible to predict how much or how little Arash will recovery but they all agree that the first six to twelve months are the most important phase of his recovery. Arash has shown inspired determination. From physical therapy to acupuncture, he is doing as much as he possibly can.
Arash’s determination in the face of this challenge has been inspiring to watch. From physical therapy to acupuncture, Arash is doing as much as he possibly can. Whether it’s him being able to push his own wheelchair or seeing his hands regain some of their strength and dexterity, it’s encouraging to know he’s on the right path.
He needs our support to stay on that path.
His insurance does not cover any therapy of any kind and zero equipment costs. His treatments are simply too much for his family to cover on their own. They need our generosity to see them through their time of need and enable Arash’s continuing recovery.
Donations on this site will help offset some of the many costs associated with his recovery and help our friend on his journey to walk again.
