The Edna Ratcliffe Project

The Edna Ratcliffe Project

From Anthony Ratcliffe

I started this backpack project to help the homeless community in Indianapolis by offering hygiene, clothing and safety supplies. I am connected to two organizations, The Recovery Café Indy and Horizon House.

Update #2

Hello my name is Anthony Ratcliffe. After being homeless for 14 years I worked for 20 years at Horizon House, a day program for the homeless. In 2020 I completed the course to become a Peer Recovery Coach with Recovery Cafe Indy, who is a community of people recovering from mental health challenges, substance use, trauma and homelessness.
These experiences have proved that the homeless population lives day to day without simply essentials. This backpack project I have started in my mothers name will provide these essential items to the community of Horizon House and Recovery Cafe Indy.
