I am raising money for Leukemia Lymphoma Society. 100% of proceeds will go to the largest organization that currently funds cancer research. this money will be used to aid in research and patient well-being/ care.
Over the next 7 weeks, I will be working to raise money and awareness for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and their mission to cure for blood cancers. I am not fundraising for a specific person, but for all those who have been affected by cancer, either through a close relative or even themselves. For me, this project is to raise money for cancer research in hopes that one day, we can find a cure and eradicate the pain and loss suffered because of cancer. I have the ability to make a global and universal change by taking an initiative and a philanthropic stance on a topic that can affect millions of people once solved for.
Today, 1.2 million Americans are fighting or are in remission from blood cancers and every 3 minutes another person unwillingly joins the fight. I have been given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the battle and help those living with blood cancers. T
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the largest contributor to blood cancer research in the nation. I am honoring those who have battled blood cancers and raising money that will go directly to LLS in support of its longstanding mission to find a cure and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS has invested over $1 billion in research to date. Along with my team, I will work to increase awareness about the impact of blood cancers and the cutting-edge treatments that are currently being researched, as well as inspire others to join the fight to find a cure.
This initiative is not only allowing me to take a large philanthropic stance in my community but once the problem at hand is solved, millions of people globally will be affected. For this reason, the initiative of LLS is very pertinent for me as it strives to improve societal well-being.
Leukemia still causes more deaths than any other cancer among children under the age of 20. My campaign provides an opportunity to support the critical work of LLS in fighting these diseases. It would mean a lot to me if you would consider donating to our campaign.
Aside from donations, we would love to hear from you or someone you know who would be willing to donate goods or services for auction items, sponsorships, ads, or other possible fundraising opportunities. Large or small, your contribution to this worthy effort will be greatly appreciated.
Help be part of the cure and help my team compete in the Student of the Year campaign.
