Dr. Gil Rosero Ramos was a beloved father, brother, son, friend, and compatriot. A graduate of the University of Philippines Diliman in Economics, he earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Hawaii: Manoa, and was a fellow at the East West Center. He is the author of The Global real value of the us dollar, 1950-1990 and served as the Chief Economist of SurveyNgBayan until his passing.
There is no better way to preserve his legacy than providing bright students from his province, Masbate, to his alma mater at UP Diliman. In lieu of flowers, we are asking you to donate to this scholarship fund, instead. THANK YOU!
