More Info

As many of you know, I am currently a student at UC Santa Cruz. I am volunteering in Chiang Rai, Thailand this September with International Volunteer Headquarters (IVHQ), a volunteer and travel organization that operates around the globe. I am so excited to have an opportunity to assist others in the world, but international travel can be somewhat costly. This is why I’m asking for your help. I would be grateful if you could sponsor me in the amount of $5. Your donation will go toward my program and travel costs (approx. $2,000), covering my accommodations, meals, project materials, ground transportation, and tour guidance. While on my community development project, I’ll learn about the socioeconomic challenges of people living in developing countries and communities, while teaching in the Mirror Volunteer Village program. With your help, I will be able to broaden my cultural and social awareness and improve the quality of life for disadvantaged families and children. Again, I would greatly appreciate any support you can give — from a large sponsorship, to a small donation — it will all add up. Thank you so much and much love!
