The TEAM House Barbell Club is a class specifically designed for those that want to focus strictly on the Olympic style of lifting.
In this class we will work on the fundamentals of the 5 main Olympic lifts: Deadlift, Clean, Snatch, Jerk, Back Squat.
Each week our focus will rest on a single movement and incorporate a fundamental approach, technical work, & strength building for increasing your load capacity.
