Hey guys! I ordered some T-shirts in support of our favorite cardiac nurse, Lisa. After they arrived I had an overwhelming response from people all over who would like one as well! PLEASE ADD YOU SHIRT SIZE IN A COMMENT

I'm creating this page so we can all come to one area to send the money and I will track everyones orders! PLEASE ADD A COMMENT TO THE WALL WITH YOUR SIZE AFTER YOU MADE YOUR PAYMENT (it gives you the option to add a comment to the wall when you make your donation, please add your size here or add "donate" if you don't wish to order a shirt)!
I have a feeling a lot of people will order and I can not track down every one for sizes. Thanks! If you want to just donate the money, just add a comment and simply state "Donate" so I know you do not want a shirt.
A few rules:
1. $20 per shirt (You can order as many as you would like)
2. If you are not local and would like to have your shirt shipped to you, the price will be $25 (Gotta cover shipping). If you would like me to mail yours, please include the address in a private message to me AFTER you have made your payment!
You can private message me on facebook, My name is Shelby Bliss (Click my name to go to my page), or you can send me an email- [email protected] with your shipping information. IN the email, please include your name so I can link you with your order!
3. Please include your size of the shirt(s) with the donation:
*SMALL-MEDIUM-LARGE-1XL-2XL-3XL*
It is going to give you the option to add a message to the campaign wall- this is where you will add your shirt size(s)!
4. You do not need to buy a shirt. If you wish to just donate (any amount) just simply state that you are donating the money so I know you are not expecting a shirt.
The more shirts that are ordered, the more money is raised!
Ideally, 75 shirts would be awesome!
