My name is Wilfredo Perdomo, I am Venezuelan and currently living in Brisbane Australia is my brother Freddy's Perdomo who currently lives in Venezuela, where the political and economic situation is quite fragile. To the point that medical treatments or getting medicines is extremely difficult and only possible through international pharmacies paying in foreign currency, with exchange rates that become absurd, counting the governmental limitations to get the same.

A few years ago he was detected with a skin cancer which extracted and which showed no signs of having expanded to the periphery of it. But in March of this year, he has detected a tumour in a lung and was operated on for the removal of it. After several exams, other spots on imaging were detected and a first chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment were performed but without positive results.

The only viable treatment is immunotherapy, which has an 85% chance of survival this treatment, it is necessary the sum of 60000US $ (79000AUD ) to cover the cost of medicines for four sessions to 15000 $ for the necessary medicines, which will be applied every 21 days treatment per session consists of 3 ampoules of Ipilimumab 100mg and 3 ampoules of Nivolumab 40mg. Mi nombre es Wilfredo Perdomo, soy venezolano y vivo en Brisbane Australia. Este es mi hermano Freddy's Perdomo. Quien vive en Venezuela, en donde la situación política y económica es frágil. Hasta el punto de que los tratamientos médicos o la obtención de medicamentos es extremadamente difícil y solo es posible a través de farmacias internacionales pagando en moneda extranjera, con tasas de cambio absurdas, contando las limitaciones gubernamentales para obtener lo mismo.

Hace algunos años le fue detectado un cáncer de piel el cual extrajeron y el cual no arrojo signos de haberse expandido hacia la periferia del mismo. Pero en marzo de este año se le detecto un tumor en un pulmón y fue intervenido quirúrgicamente para la extirpación del mismo. Luego de varios exámenes se le han detectados otra manchas en imagenología y se procedió a un primer tratamiento de quimioterapia y radioterapia pero sin muchos resultados.

El único tratamiento viable es la inmunoterapia, que tiene una probabilidad de 85% de supervivencia.Para este tratamiento es necesario la suma de 60000US$ (79000 AUD aprox) para cubrir el costo de medicamentos para cuatro sesiones a 15000$ para las medicinas necesarias, que se le aplicaran cada 21 días. 

El tratamiento por sesión consta de 3 ampollas de Ipilimumab 100mg y 3 ampollas de Nivolumab 40mg. Otra forma de ayudarnos es mediante la donación de los medicamentos.Vamos contra reloj, ya que el primero de estos tratamientos hay que hacerlo para el día 28 de mayo así que cualquier ayuda se agradece inmensamente.
