Keller Williams Coastal Estates is raising money for our agent Nicole Ushakoff and her family, specifically her son Christopher who just turned 11 years old and has been battling Crohn's Disease since December of 2017. Recently, Christopher was hospitalized with another flare up and today is Day 6 at University of San Francisco's Children's Hospital where he is battling like a true warrior alongside his strong and courageous mother Nicole with visits from his two sisters, father and countless family & friends alike. We would like to support them in any way that would be the most beneficial and found Christopher's love of baseball and monetary needs for his Team, The Cypress Gators:

"The Cypress Gators is a local 501©(3) nonprofit youth baseball program, comprised of athletes between the ages of 10 and 11, throughout the greater Monterey County. Our mission is to provide a positive environment, that provides athletic training, sportsmanship, and personal development, through participation in the highest level of amateur youth baseball. This year, with our dedicated group of volunteer coaches and parents, we invite you to shape the futures of these young athletes by becoming an official Gator Sponsor! As we’re sure you can appreciate, operating an organization of this caliber takes a great deal of resources, including funding to cover league feesumpire feesfield rental and maintenance coststeam equipment and uniforms, tournament fees, and other associated expenses. In order to continue to make this rewarding experience a reality for our youth, we are reaching out directly to area businesses, family, and friends, and offering the opportunity to get involved by becoming a team or club sponsor! This our 2019 tournament schedule consists of several tournaments throughout California as well as heading to Las Vegas to compete in a 32-team tournament in 2020 our plan is to expand on this schedule by heading to Scottsdale Arizona to compete in a national Triple Crown Tournament. Any and all donations would be significant and greatly appreciated."
