More Info

JSA is the largest student-run organization in the country, with over 11,000 students nationwide! The mission of this non-profit, non-partisan organization is to help students become politically aware, engage in public service, and most importantly become leaders in our democratic society. JSA makes this possible by hosting three conventions during the school year in the fall, winter, and spring. At these conventions, hundreds of passionate young leaders learn to develop statesmanship and responsible citizenship by engaging in political discourse and respectfully debating on public policy. Unfortunately, many students cannot afford to attend these conventions and to help them, our chapter at Sunny Hills is raising funds to give as many scholarships as possible to students facing financial difficulties. This is why we are asking for your help!  Any amount is appreciated, and will impact the life of a student in astounding ways. Your donation is also tax deductible. If you can’t donate now, please share this with your relatives and friends on social media. The more people know about this, the greater chance we have to change more lives. A student’s opportunities should never be limited because of money, which is why I invite you to help our students, our state, and our world, be a little bit better.

Our Rotary Jogathon began in 2010 in cooperation with our local school district as a way for us to help students raise funds for their youth clubs while at the same time having a portion of the funds raised go towards helping youth in need in our community and in the world.  75% of the funds go to the school clubs from what they raise and 25% of what they raise goes to our Non-Profit 501c(3) Foundation to assist youth in need.

This is a very fun event for our youth and the community each year.   Through our non profit Fullerton Rotary Foundation we use these funds to assist youth with Literacy, homelessness, foster youth, and other Title ! school needs. We are an all volunteer organization so all funds go towards assisting youth and not staff.

Additionally Rotary does assist in fighting global youth oriented diseases, and a portion of these funds from our Non-Profit Foundation are allocated to matching global grants that help fight and eradicate such disease.

Please help us reach our goal with your donation which is Tax Deductible.
