I have personal experience with this and until you have actually experienced it for yourself I can guarantee you that you just wouldn't believe how the housing system works. It is appalling what they are allowed to do. An example for you, if you get yourself into arrears because you just can't afford to live anymore, and you get evicted because of it. You will be classed as intentionally homeless and they do not have to help you. The term "intentionally homeless" is used far too often and is far to easy for the housing officers to be able to use it. If I could get to a position somewhere down the line, the sooner the better, I would like to be in a position where I can help everyone who wants it and be able to offer stability for anyone who needs it.
