Zac is a Combat Veteran whom served us in the war in Afghanistan. Zac serves as an Infantryman in the United States Army and is currently stationed in Ft. Wainwright Alaska. On his way to a field exercise Tuesday the 29th of January 2013 at 15:00 Zac stepped out of his Hum-V to stretch his legs. A vehicle carrying logs was unaware of his presence due to the thick snow fall and ran straight into Zac causing a severe impact to his Brain, a Punctured Lung, Broken Ribs and Broken Facial Bones. Zac is currently in Critical condition in Anchorage Alaska and in a coma. His Mother and Father whom live in Texas have rushed to go be by their son’s bedside.
As any traumatic accident it leaves you stunned and in panic of not knowing all the answers and all the questions of “what do we do”? We are wishing to raise the funds that will simply assist this family while they are in Alaska and for further unexpected expenses. Let us give back to a Brave soldier who risked his life so that we all may sleep in the warmth of our beds in the safety of this nation we call our home.
