Getting a good solid night’s sleep is essential for a healthy life and healing. We heal most when we’re “unconscious” and our bodies are fully at rest. I know too many people with insomnia who resort to taking medication to fall asleep, too many who are so wound up and stressed that they cannot relax enough to sleep peacefully. So many people are not even aware that they dream at all, it’s like they’re disconnected from a greater part of themselves during the night when they’re trying to rest and sleep.
I began sharing my “dream blessings” on my Facebook page a few years ago as a way to bless my peeps and share my loving. I had no idea it would positively affect so many; who began to share with me about how this helped them to sleep through the night, and reconnect with a deeper aspect of themselves.
Now I want to share the wisdom and help people to heal and empower themselves. I want you to have the ability to champion yourself, by taking proactive steps towards your health and wellbeing.
