On 12th October Sienna went for an eye test. Within 24 hours she`d had a 4.5cm brain tumour removed. The pathology showed it was a grade 3 anplastic ependymona, a very aggressive rare brain tumour. Sienna is currently undergoing 33 sessions of radiation therapy to kill any remaining cancer cells. There is a 60-70% chance the radiation will do its job and cure Sienna. Since the day Rachael (Sienna`s Mum) gave us the awful news we`ve been wondering how to help in some small way. This Saturday Marina and myself will be running the 14km Bouddie Coastal run. Any donations that can be made this help this family would be very much appreciated.
