In 2019, short-term rentals welcomed 300,000 guests and earned a combined total of $53.5 million from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

But the benefits aren't only for short-term rentals; small business owners also benefit from the extra customers short-term rentals bring to the local community. Additionally, short-term rentals generate jobs in the community from house cleaners, handymen, landscapers, to nannies, and more.

Short-term rentals don't take away from the community, they help stimulate the local economy.
