There are a variety of ways that you can make a difference and ensure that those affected by addiction continue to access quality services in our communities. Sobriety Solutions and Retreat Premier Addiction Treatment Centers decided to create an event to raise awareness and raise donations for those individuals, families, and communities who have suffered from this epidemic.
Sobriety Solutions and Retreat Premier Addiction Treatment Centers will be hosting “Shoot for Recovery” on March 2nd, 2019. The event will be at Bucks Ice located at York Road, Warminster PA 18974. The event will be raising proceeds for two local non-profits that support the battle against addiction. The event will have an ice hockey shoot out where the two teams will each represent a non-profit. The proceeds from this event will go to The N.O.W Matters and Bridge to Recovery. The N.O.W. Matters More Foundation champions creative efforts and solutions for prevention, education, and treatment of substance abuse and the disease of addiction. They offer partial or full scholarships for various levels of addiction treatment. Bridge to Recovery Foundation offers support, awareness, and resources to individuals seeking recovery from an addiction to substances. They offer housing scholarships to those in need.
Please join us for “Shoot for Recovery” event! All are welcomed including children. Participants in this event can expect an Shoot Out Hockey Event at 4:20pm followed by open and free ice-skating for all guests. We will also have food, raffles, and recovery resources available. The greatest part is that all proceeds go towards a great cause.
