Kendra is super excited this year to be headed to the state competition for Florida Thespians.

Kendra has been working SUPER hard this year in drama to learn makeup and costumes. She's hoping to go to school to learn costume design for theater.
She's never competed before, but this year decided to make a design for Beetlejuice the Musical. She had very little help to design and follow very strict guidelines for descriptions, fabrics, presentations, etc.
Kendra earned an "excellent" score on her costume design project which grants her the opportunity to go to the State competition for Florida Thespians.
At this time, she is not able to compete unless another student is unable, however she can go learn different skills and have opportunities to spend the time with others who also want to pursue theater.
Unfortunately, the cost for the event is $640 which is out of our price range and we were only given about 2 weeks to pay. We are hoping we can raise enough money to get her at least part way and she can try to work some of the rest.
The event is 6 days over spring break where she will stay in Tampa with a group of other kids in her club.
