Update #2

Willow is happy to be back home from the ICU!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Willow is was released from ICU at Sunset Animal Hospital early morning January 14th, he was being taken care of by a kind and experienced medical team. At his release, we scheduled his surgery. He is receiving a perineal urethrostomy procedure, this will prevent any future suffering from urinary blockage.

His hospitalization to unblock the urinary track cost a total of $2,050.70. Willow receives a tomcat catheter so he is able to release urine, this catheter is left in for about 72 hours. After it is removed he is monitored until he is able to pee on his own, when he does he will be released.

His surgery is estimated to cost $2,029.30. This surgery will re-route his urethra, this prevents crystals from accumulating and causing a blockage.

Currently, we have our goal set to cover one of these bills. We wanted to keep a more achievable amount to start with. All the money raised will pay from his medical bills, however, we cannot afford to wait for the goal to be reached before doing the surgery. Luckily, we did receive of credit with Care Credit, this is how we will pay for his hospitalization and surgery bills in the meantime.

We are fighting two battles here, willow and his health and then the finances. With your financial help, we can afford to take better care of Willow's health.
