Mack and Charlie Mae Reed started the" Mack and Charle Mae Reed Scholarship Foundation" some 25 years ago to provide scholarships for various deserving students desiring to attend college. Their foundation has raised thousands of dollars over the years in support of helping our children. Brother Mack Reed has been a member of Eureka Lodge #3, of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Tennessee for over 60 years, and Sister Charlie Mae Reed who past 6 years ago was a long time member of Eureka OES Chapter 242, of the Tennessee Grand Chapter of the Order of The Eastern Stars. We the members of Eureka Lodge #3 and Eureka OES Chapter 242, are continuing their work of labor and love for our youth in the Memphis community. This event will be used to raise money to provide youth in the Shelby County area with after school activities and will help fund programs that benefit the youth of Shelby County and their families.
