SAVE OUR SENIOR CENTER!! WE ARE BEING EVICTED!!!

SPANA-PARK SENIOR CENTER is being evicted!!!! LeMay Collection Museum used us in a 1 million state grant for a new roof on the privately owned buildings. In the app they stated that they operate us. They don't. In the contract, they agreed that we, by name, would remain there for 10 years. Now they are evicting us. They are in breach of contract. We found a leak in our kitchen ceiling in 10/21 that wasn't repaired until 10/22. LeMay made a deal with PC Council for funding for the museum (a fellow tenant) using us. We knew nothing about it. We were unable to comply with the council's requirements. We lost all of our funding. Now we must have a written response to the eviction notice by 4/6/23 and court is set for 4/18/23. We have no money due to losing our grant funding. I have all the public disclosure documents showing their fraud and lies. The director of the museum also committed mail fraud by signing for certified mail after being told not to. We need help ASAP!!!!! Thank you!
