Fundly started: 9/23/22. Need help with medical bills due to another unexpected diagnosis. By not working, I'm only getting disability (if it gets approved). Left shoulder is pending surgery + PT charges every week.

The surgery: 6 holes were drilled in the shoulder. 1 drilled in my pelvic to pull bone marrow from.

My left shoulder is stage 2 right now. How it happened: I was diagnosed w/Devic's disease in Winter 19' and that was a long road to healing; it took half my sight away and I live with chronic pain, but I went back to teaching after chemo treatment kicked in. But life throws curveballs, and due to the steroid treatments for Devic's disease- triggered avascular necrosis (bone death). On Summer 22', the pain became unbearable until I finally went to the doc. They told me my bones are dying and that I needed surgery and would have to stop working. Everything changed in just a day.

I'd appreciate anyone's help in donating to this unexpected diagnosis that has changed my life. The medical bills feel like a whale living in my house. It's heavy and I'm not ashamed to ask for help anymore as I realize there are still givers in this world that don't expect anything in return. Hugs to you all.
