Every girl has a dream. But all too often, the path is blocked by obstacles such as poverty, lack of basic needs, and social status. Luckily, Vunwe is working hard to help girls overcome these obstacles and reach above.

We have a dedicated team that is has been helping girls with basic sanitary pads that help in their time of need, this campaign started due to the fact many of our young girls go to schools but are faced with a challenge as they grow older to have basic sanitary pads due to poverty or no support from families to help with this.
We have made research and found a way to break this was to provide reusable pads to cut down the costs and to make it easier for them to focus on their education. We provide a pack of 6 reusable sanitary pads, 1 toothpaste, 1 bath soap, 2 panties, reusable face masks and cleaning equipment. Other items we also would love to donate is deodorant and body lotion.
This campaign has thus far helped alot of girls in the rural villages in Limpopo and we are embarking on helping many less privileged girls as we move across the country.
This campaign is about helping those who aren't able to provide for themselves and as a results leads to high depression and stress amongst our fellow future Mothers. Some have dropped out of school as a result of being laughed at or bullied for not affording sanitary pads or the above items as we donate.
We would love any support that's available to keep this campaign going for as long as Vunwe is operating.
We also rely alot on transport costs as we travel further distances where we visit schools that are listed as having the highest number of poverty students and learners.
On average one girl costs only R499 or $30 per listed items above.
Thank you soo much to our current donors and also our Lord above for helping us get this far.
