(This woman's name has been changed for her further safety. We will call her Erin.)

Because of the pain and anguish Erin has had to face because of assault and trauma she made it her life goal to work for an organization that prevents the same thing from happening to others.

Erin loves her job and is strong and dependable. She is committed to getting to work every day. She walks to work in fear of something happening to her again.  Erin has been followed five times in the span of three months and is afraid that one day someone will harm her again.

Even though her job provides benefits for her to receive the counseling she never was able to get, the medical care she needs, and many other opportunities for a better standard of living, she is not able to access them because of the inability to have transportation. She makes enough to cover maintenance for a vehicle but not enough to cover buying one. She would like to gain extra part time work to begin a savings but doesn't have transportation to do so.

This assistance will equip Erin to go further in life than anyone has ever gone in her family. It will grant her stability and safety.
