In Antarctica, where large amounts of frozen water, some of which are ice sheets, are two miles thick. This also includes glaciers and icebergs. The point is, these ice figures are being released in the sea at enormous rates, because of the melting. And what causes the melting, is CO2. Many gases are being released into the air and is heating up our atmosphere. If this happens, continents will shrink enormously and our Earth will never be the same.

In order to stop the plastic packaging problem, we need to rethink the whole system of using plastic in the fist place. What many recycling organizations do, is they take, make, and dispose, and ones work can be fed back into the economy. There are three types of pollution that affects a great deal of pollution into the coast of Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and California. The three types of pollution are industrial, agricultural, and urban. Industrial is the practice of releasing unwanted gas into the atmosphere. Agricultural pollution is the practice of using unwanted products such as biotic, abiotic, and bi product into farming and maze Urban pollution is the practice of putting trash, using consumtion of water, food, and energy, and land, and most of all, releasing plastic products in oceans and other water forms.

In the 1970's, Americans were told we were in a global cooling crisis, and if some weren't done, we would enter an ice age. When that didn't happen, a few decades later, we were told that entire nations could be wiped off the face of the Earth by rising sea levels if global warming consternation was not reversed by the year 2000. Against the failures of these warnings, that hasn't stopped the alarm for climate change and global warming. We are now currently being told that we only have 12 years to fight climate change. And in order to do that, we need to be careful about the things we do to produce energy. Which includes what food we eat and what type of car we drive or transportation we use. In shorter words, climate change is happening and human activity plays a big role, but climate policies made by the government are an economic pain in the butt, with no environmental benefit. This is why Alana A., Lia F, Grace M, and Caroline M made this campaign. If we try hard enough we will fight climate change.
