Restoration of Children’s education in Somalia

Children’s Aid Association (CAA) is an independent legally registered with Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation under register number REF: 0246-2019 non-government and nonprofit civil society organization based in Somalia. CAA principal dictum is Education and Protection services delivery to the deprived and marginalized communities’ children of the society in Somalia.

Due to political crises and cival war, Somali Children lost their basics education and benefits of a stable childhood; Somalia has one of the world’s lowest enrolment rates for primary school-aged children. Extremely high rates of poverty in communities across Somalia make it difficult for parents to afford school fees. Parents are required to pay for their children’s education, and poverty remains the main reason they give for not sending their children to school.

Children aid association is committed to support Somali children’s education and care, just as you educate for your children, the same way other children those their parent can’t afford school fees need to be educated.
