I have launched a fundraising campaign for our rent-to-own program with credit restoration, aimed at helping individuals and families in the Tampa Bay Area secure housing while working towards purchasing the home within 1-2 years.
Allow me to share the inspiration behind this program. My mom, may she rest in peace, was a hardworking woman who always struggled to make ends meet. The yellow house my daughter is standing in front of was my mom's house. My mom lived her life in constant worry about bills and the uncertainty of our living situation. Witnessing her stress out and the toll it took on her health deeply affected me. In her memory, I have dedicated this program to help alleviate the financial burdens and anxieties faced by individuals like my mother.
As for the details of our fundraising goal. We are seeking to raise a modest sum of $38,000 just to cover the startup costs of administrative expenses, attorney fees for contracts, website development and upkeep, as well as marketing efforts. These funds will ensure that our program can be effectively launched and sustained, reaching those who need it most in our community.
The rent-to-own with credit restoration program we are establishing will provide a unique opportunity for individuals who may not have the means or credit history to immediately qualify for traditional mortgages. We will work closely with these individuals, guiding them through a comprehensive credit restoration process while they rent houses that will eventually be available for purchase.
By supporting our program, you will be making a direct impact on the lives of people in the Tampa Bay Area. Your donations will help us establish the necessary infrastructure, engage legal professionals to draft solid contracts, develop an accessible and user-friendly website, and implement effective marketing strategies to reach those in need of our services.
