We have seen the effects that animals can have on humans. As a volunteer for a program for special needs children who suffer from muscle or skeletal disabilities we saw a need to help.  We have worked with struggling teenagers for  20 years and have wanted to impact them even more by creating experiences that help them think of others and less of themselves. Most of the teenagers we work with are very self centered and through caring for others we find that they have greater purpose in life.

We need funding so that we can send our staff to become PATH International certification conference in Denver or Phoenix. We will then be able to provide weekly riding lessons for special needs children. Most of the individuals we will be serving through this program are between 4-14 years old and have severe or complete use of various muscles in their body. We have operated primarily on private funding up to this point but we know that many generous people have expressed a desire to support our mission We are also needing to build ramps and other safety devices to ensure the children needing wheel chair assitance can roll up to the facility. We need to cement a portion of the parking area so that wheel chairs can operate  more easily and with out as much difficulty.  Your donation will not just help the staff but the  animals we assist the kids we are helping and the teens who are taking it all in. Thanks for giving a well deserved second chance in life!
