I am currently employed in my son's elementary school.. I am off work for summer vacation. I have been going back and forth with unemployment l summer and they still have an issue with my availability. My husband is permanently laid off due to covid so needless to say all summer has been a struggle. My son's birthday is coming up and his party is soon but I don't have the money for it and I don't want him to suffer in anyway because of this. I've done literally all I can do and I'm not one to ask for help but I really do need help.
Any amount would be greatly appreciated! My goal is to have rent paid this month and my son to have a great birthday. With school starting September 8th I can't even afford school supplies, clothes, backpack, lunchbox, food. I truly feel like the worst parent that ever lived. It's never been this hard before and I'm completely defeated.
