More Info

Our supporters have told us the most glaring need for the QCPC facility at NorthPark Mall is signage.  The mall has told us the most pressing requirement for us is signage.  Let's get these signs paid for and up at QCPC and Connect Coffee.

The good news is we have a commitment from a supporter to cover half of the costs of getting these signs up.  That still leaves us with needing raise $5,000.  We can get this done!

Here are three things you can do to partner with the Quad Cities Prayer Center:

  1. Pray for us

  2. Donate

  3. Share this page in your social media channels

Almost a decade ago, God put the vision in Scott & Brenda Schaefer to see the Quad Cities region transformed. After nearly 14 years as a music pastor in a local church, Scott, along with Brenda, stepped out to start a ministry with that very purpose. The vision is driven by Scott’s passion to not only lead others in praise but to train people to do the same. Partnering perfectly is Brenda’s passion to not only intercede for the region but to also study and strategize how to cover it in prayer as well as train others in local church prayer ministry.

After navigating through nearly three years of this new ministry, they clearly sensed from God what the overall mission is: to mobilize prayer, praise and training to benefit the church and see social and spiritual transformation.  Mobilizing is where it starts as God put a burden in Scott and Brenda’s hearts to see churches and ministries united in true Biblical unity under the name of Jesus!! From that mobilization, gatherings all over the Quad Cities consistently happen to pray, praise and train.

Additionally, the Quad Cities Prayer Center is providing a place for Christians of all streams to gather together and celebrate God and our common beliefs.  It is providing a launching resource for new church plants.  It is the home of the Connect Coffee House providing the community in and around NorthPark Mall a family friendly music venue and refreshment.

If this intrigues you, look further into the individual ministries of the QCPC and see where it is you can plug in. And remember, we CAN build together what we CANNOT alone!!
