More Info

Since the late 1990s, Philo4Thought's CEO, Prof. Chris Salboudis, launched a series of short instructional publications to benefit her protégées and clients. In keeping with the spirit of Hellenism instilled in her by her family and through her extensive training as a professor and life coach, Chris contends that understanding the fundamental building blocks provided by Aristotle is the means to unlocking true potential and flourishing in work and in life.

This publication, consisting of a basic introduction, five chapters on the 5 Pillars to Sustainable Productivity & Flourishing in Work & Life and a special illustration of Chris' Philosophical Measures (an exclusive Life Balance Strategy offered to supporters of this dedicated fundraising initiative), will help individuals find their creative and pragmatic bearings for a healthier, happier outlook, lifestyle and/or career path that they find fulfilling.
