Poppy is an extraordinary feral cat who just turned up with a broken fang tooth that looks split all the way up to the gums. I’m raising money for surgery and any treatment for infection he may need
Poppy is an incredible Maine coon that Adopted me when he was just a kitten. When I first met him he was a tiny ball of fur that I startled when walking into our garage. I honestly thought he was a squirrel because he literally popped up and out of the garage the first two times our paths crossed. When I figured out he was a kitten I took the time to build trust. The bond we formed has become an unbreakable friendship that I value more than words can say. He doesn’t trust people Other than me. Poppy loves the outdoors we go on walks together we play and we do a lot of hammock lounging together. It kills me to know that he’s hurting and I want to do everything I can to keep him as healthy as possible so that our friendship will last as long as possible. After Poppy’s oral surgery he will recuperate inside with me. But I imagine he will be dying to get back outside just as he was after I had him fixed. Any funds left after Poppy surgery and recovery will be donated to Nebraska wildlife rehab.
