More Info

I've been trapped in a cycle of domestic violence for some years now & due to it my life has fallen apart. I tried to move out of state and thought I could run away or solve all my problems but unfortunately it made it even worse so I've recently moved back home to Ohio & am seeking help with housing so I atleast can have a starting point for a solid foindation to begin to build on for me & my 2 children who are currently living with their father. I just need security deposit & possible a few months rent...I am currently working as a waitress but not making much at all... I also need help getting my liscence back, insurance & car payments caught up (I owe around $3000 in car payments) & I'd be able to take over from there... My goal is to get this all straightened out so I can get custody back of my 2 children which is why I have a goal of 20,000 for legal fees, filing fees, & court costs...Their father is controlling me through my children & the abuse is continuing through making my life & relationship with them extremely difficult. I have no friends or family that can help...I lost my mother to suicide 2 years ago & thats when everything spiraled out of control. My kids father immideatly filed for custody about 2 weeks after my moms traggic death purposely (after trying many times before as well) & started a custody battle at my worst time in life... 70% of domestoc violence survivors the abuser obtains custody of their children to continue to control & abuse them & I have became another statistic. Please help me get my life back together so me & my children can be a family again! They need their mother! & no one cares unless u have a lawyer u have no voice in court.
