The Pigskin Gala donates each year to Quincy & North Quincy High athletes, thanks to business community support, including $4,000 last year to Q-NQ wrestling. This year we are seeking public donations, too.

The Pigskin Gala was founded in 1988 as a tailgate party before the annual Quincy-North Quincy (Mass.)Thanksgiving Day high school football game.
It has grown into a fundraiser for the children of both schools, donating more than $8,000 to the student-athletes of Quincy since 2017.
This year we have upped our fundraising effort with a VIRTUAL Turkey Day game: our friends from Boardwalk Pizza in Marina Bay are donating $1 to the students of QHS and NQHS for every pizza sold to a student, parent, alum, friend or fan between now and November 30.
Our friends from the Boston Cannons will match the donation dollar for dollar. And we, the Pigskin Gala Fund, will ALSO match the donation dollar for dollar.
So here November 1 pizza = $3 for the students of QHS and NQHS.
We created the charitable Pigskin Gala Fund in 2019 to handle the donations from the business community that support the event. This year, we are also asking the public to support the event, as we endeavor to donate to the schools despite the fact that the traditional holiday football game has been cancelled.
