Phoenix Archaeological Project (PAP) is a non-profit organization that aims to document the tangible and intangible cultural heritage in the region, which is entirely open to illicit excavations and looting. The project aims to protect the cultural landscape that is threatened by urban and agricultural expansion.
Phoenix Project will advance awareness, education, fieldwork, preservation, publication, and research of archaeological remains and cultural heritage in Phoenix and its territory. Also, we plan to educate the children who live in the area with poverty.
We began fundraising to support the field project and continue our scientific investigations for those purposes mentioned above.
